Terms of Service
The agreement between you and InsiderLens Technologies Limited when you use this site or subscribe to a plan. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Who operates this service
InsiderLens is operated by:
InsiderLens Technologies Limited26, The Forum OfficeTriq L-UqijaSWQ 2335 SwieqiMaltaCompany registration : C 115751VAT number : MT32889831Contact : contact@insiderlens.comWhat the service does
InsiderLens collects insider-transaction filings published by financial regulators, standardises them into one format, and computes statistics on top of them. The underlying filings are public records. What a subscription buys is the aggregation, the enrichment and the statistics computed from them, not the filings themselves.
What the service is not
Nothing on InsiderLens is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not an investment firm, a broker, or a financial adviser, and we are not regulated as one. The statistics we publish describe what has happened in the past; they do not predict what will happen next. You alone decide what to do with the information, and you alone bear the consequences.
We take the accuracy of the record seriously and link every transaction back to its source document, but we do not warrant that the data is complete, current or free of error. Regulators correct and amend their own filings, and those corrections reach us on their schedule, not ours.
Your account
You need an account to use the features a plan covers. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current, because that is how we reach you about your subscription. One account is for one person: do not share credentials.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, for example by scraping at a scale that degrades it for others, by circumventing plan limits, or by reselling access. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
Plans, prices and payment
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or annually depending on what you chose, until you cancel. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; the applicable VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country. Business customers in the EU who provide a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you by email before it takes effect on your next renewal.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because access is granted immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly request that the service start right away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you would rather keep the fourteen days, do not subscribe: use the free trial instead, which costs nothing and can be cancelled at any time.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not refund partial periods. Nothing here affects the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
Personal data
How we handle personal data, including the data of the individuals named in regulatory filings, is described in our privacy notice. /privacy
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream regulator outages and incidents happen. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or investment losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or personal injury.
Intellectual property
The underlying regulatory filings are public records and belong to no one. The site, its design, its code, and the statistics and aggregations we compute are ours. A subscription gives you the right to use them for your own purposes, including within your firm if your plan says so. It does not give you the right to redistribute them, resell them, or build a competing product from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings there.
