A win rate needs buys whose 63-day return has had time to mature. Two situations produce a blank: the insider has fewer than five open-market buys on record, or their buys are too recent, or the shares stopped trading before the horizon completed. In both cases the figure does not exist for anyone, on any plan — we would rather say so than show a number we cannot stand behind.
