How to read a buying cluster

Open the company to inspect the dates and source filings. Distinct reporting insiders do not necessarily represent independent decisions: affiliated entities, shared ownership or related transactions can create several reporters.

The window ends on a transaction date, not the date the cluster became public. Historical clusters are descriptive. They do not show the return an investor could have earned after reading the filings.
