In addition, it offers warehousing, logistics, and materials management services. The company serves small to medium-sized steel and metal consumers, including construction, machinery and mechanical engineering, transportation, and other metalworking companies. Klöckner & Co SE was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Duisburg, Germany. As of June 3, 2026, Klöckner & Co SE operates as a subsidiary of Worthington Steel Gmbh.
