About

About

InsiderLens makes insider transactions — executives, directors, large shareholders — freely browsable, aggregated from nine global regulators. Rigour, transparency, no bullshit.

Why

Insider disclosures are public but fragmented : each regulator runs its own portal, format, and retention policy. Existing aggregators are either paid (several hundred euros per month) or limited to a single country. InsiderLens centralises, canonicalises and surfaces what markets already publish — the way any public financial data should work.

Who

Independent project, built by Maxence Bessonnaud, based in Malta (company being incorporated). No investors, no institutional clients, no conflict of interest — just a developer who thought it was absurd that Tim Cook dumps $50 M of shares and you need Bloomberg to notice.

How

Seven regulators ingested daily : SEC EDGAR (US), FCA NSM (UK), AMF BDIF (FR), BaFin (DE), AFM (NL), FI Sweden (SE), HKEX DI (HK). Bi-temporal pipeline, full audit trail, no undocumented proprietary enrichment. See /sources for volumes and official links.
